Bird’s Eye Views

In the nineteenth century artists traveled the country producing what are known as “bird’s eye views” of communities.  These views are very artistic, but also show buildings that existed in a community at a certain time.  Two views for Whitewater were made, one in 1870 and the other in 1885.  Both views have been reproduced by the society and are available for purchase at the Depot Museum.
